We charge a fee of €495, including VAT, after signing our service agreement in the event of a sale. This fee will be deducted from the total sales fee after the sales order has been completed. In the event of rental, the full brokerage fee will be charged after completion of the rental.

The turnaround time for renting out a property depends on several factors. At Makelaardij & Co. we strive to arrange the check-in with the new tenant(s) within 4 weeks. In practice, in most cases this works out within 2 to 3 weeks. Should it happen that it takes longer or we notice that things are difficult, we always contact you to look for solutions together.

Makelaardij & Co. asks for proof of identity, three salary slips, an employment contract and a brief motivation from the candidate. If there is a reason for more information, we will do a deeper examination if needed.
